The leading privateer outfit is just behind the two manufacturer squads, 11 points off second place. M-Sport Stobart’s Mads Østberg is only three points adrift of third in the FIA Drivers’ standings and after two rounds he lies five points ahead of fellow Norwegian Petter Solberg. Åre, Sweden -- Following on from their round one success, Jimmy Joge and co-driver John Stigh win round two of the Mitsubishi Ralliart Evolution Challenge Sweden, the Fäviken Winter Rally. Having pulled out a lead during Friday evening’s three stages, Joge/Stigh were able to maintain their position throughout Saturday’s four stages and finished 21.7 seconds ahead of Patrik Johansson/Jesper Johansson.They held off a hard-charging Jocke Nyman/Bo Holmstrand who were making up for lost time after a slow start on Friday. more...
