For several years now, the Mt. Hood Rally has served as the end of season event for the Pacific Northwest rally community. The roads, located just south of Hood River, Oregon and east of the majestic volcano, Mt. Hood, are now gaining notoriety at the national rally level. The Oregon Trail Rally Group now utilizes many of these roads on Day 2 of their Oregon Trail Rally. This year the threat of heavy rain didn't materialize and the organizers, competitors and volunteers enjoyed a dry (if not windy and cool) event.
